The Hudson magazine carrier is fully ambidextrous and can be worn inside or outside the waistband. The MRD (mag retention device) uses a set screw to adjust the retention to your desired preference. The single stack works for most 9mm and 40 cal single stack mags as well as the 1911 45acp mag. The double stack works on all 9mm or 40cal double stack magazines. The 380 is designed for single stack 380 steel magazines (LCP, P238,Bodyguard)
